Data from the provincial yearbooks are arranged by theme in 19 thematic tables, each containing data for the entire country. The number of fields in each data table varies from table to table, depending upon the number of variables in each thematic category. These data tables are accompanied by two reference tables, the Variable Information Table and the GB Code Table. The Variable Information Table contains data definitions, while the GB Code Table contains the names of administrative units. The data tables are described below. The data have been geocoded to match county boundary coverages for end-year 1990 and 1991.
